"Lojt’s new single “Higher” is a bouncy and nostalgic UKG roller that combines a catchy old school organ riff, with one of those new-fangled chunky basslines the kids are always raving about. Whyrez takes the rave nostalgia a step further with his ‘Irie’ remix, turning the riff into a laid back house track with some smooth, beach-y breakdowns just in time for the end of summer. “Undress You” is a smooth and sexy b-side that utilizes one of the more obscure pieces of Floetry’s “Say Yes” than most producers are willing to sample. The Blem remix adds a catchy hook and a chugging beat to the gambit for house and techno traditionalists. Together, all the pieces make up a well-rounded EP that demonstrates the evolution of house music from a bass junky’s perspective."
